What this clause covers

The overarching 'reputation' clause — the most serious finding the PMCPA can make. Activities must not bring discredit to, or reduce confidence in, the pharmaceutical industry. A Clause 2 breach signals a fundamental failure of standards and is almost always accompanied by other breaches.
